"The staff was extremely attentive and beyond excellent. Unfortunately, our villa tucked in the back needed a little more love. The rooms smelled like mold; this is understandable for it being an old building. The lampshades and curtains were stained and dirty. This was disappointing in a five star hotel. The grounds and other buildings such as the breakfast room, book room, and main sitting area were absolutely beautiful. The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to both train...
