Beds were very comfy and had lots of pillows and wall plugs. Staff were pretty friendly, our only “poor” interaction was when we showed up at 8:30 am after a morning hike and were told the breakfast ends at 9 am and made a little fuss over us arriving at 8:30. People walking on the room upstairs all night, and I mean all night. The reception area closed at 7:00 and n one to complain about the noise. The room smells dirty. The bathroom smells like urine. The towels are dirty. The AC makes a horrible noise. There was a DJ who played music until 12:00 am, and no one to complain. "
