"We chose this place for its proximity to Milano Malpensa airport. It turned out to be the PERFECT place for a relaxing stay before flying back to the US the next morning. Super kind staff, spotlessly clean and spacious room, and an excellent restaurant! We had a great dinner, and then they had a giant spread for breakfast in the morning. They clearly cater to foreign travelers, going out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. It's in a quiet, suburban neighborhood, so it provided a very peaceful last night in Italy for us. They also made it easy for us to book their shuttle to catch our flight in the morning (it was on-time and reliable, and only a 15-minute shuttle ride, even in traffic). I don't usually mention staff in a review, but this crew is exceptional! Everyone - from reception to the restaurant to the shuttle - was really warm and helpful. If we ever fly to/from Milan again, I would book a room here in a heartbeat."

"Although check in took a long time, the staff were very helpful and the location was great for the airport as long as you are happy to pay the extra EUR5 per person for the transfer bus which was very regular and on time. There is also a brilliant restaurant a few 100m from the hotel, but needs to be booked in advance, but the food is outstanding and very reasonable."
