"We stayed for two nights and I wish it could have been longer! The whole experience was seamless, professional, friendly and easily the best stay I've had anywhere in years. Marianna was the best host anyone could ask for. She is not only atrentive she is also so warm and friendly. The property looks out onto the castle in Mussomeli and is a 25 minute walk from the heart of the town. On arrival the reception is beautiful, clean and quite contemporary, dressed in walnut and oak. The rooms are very spacious and again well presented, beautifully furnished and of a standard worthy of any four star hotel. The bathroom is perfect, spacious and well apointed, and cleaned regularly. Breakfast is a mix of the usual Sicilian pastries, meats, fruit and yogurts, as well as having granola and juices and coffee made to order by Marianna. When we needed a taxi she preferred to drive us to the station for a small fee rather than have us pay what the taxi company was asking. All in all, a perfect experience in a perfect setting with a perfect host!"

"This was a really fabulous week in Caltavuturo. Susanne has a created a welcoming and beautifully styled home and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. There are many hidden places around the property to relax, whether it’s by the pool, on the terrace on the long outdoor sofa or upstairs on the terrace outside the main apartment. The kitchen is really well stocked with appliances. There are two fridges so plenty of storage space. The Weber grill was perfectly clean and easy to use. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean and nice and cool with AC. We had a couple of minor problems which were swiftly resolved by the Susanne and her wonderful helpers, Leah and Vincenzo. They couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful. Overall, this was a lovely holiday with our kids who are 9 & 11. It would also be really suitable for slightly older kids who would have space to roam. If I had any hesitation at all it would be the amount of driving required as the property really is quite remote, but that was also a benefit so we could have a quiet week. I am sure we will be back and thank you to Susanne again for a lovely stay."

"We had a super 2 weeks in this villa. Giuseppe is a brilliant host. From day 1 communication was helpful and prompt. All information was passed on at the relevant point. He could not have been better. The villa is really well-equipped and comfortable. The pool was a real boon when the weather was hot and was well maintained and cleaned every few days. The villa was easy to find and was well placed to access a lot of local sites. Thank you, Giuseppe for a fantastic holiday."
