"Amazing property overall. I would definitely stay there again. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the food was amazing everywhere we went, excursions were worth it.. it was a great experience. Some minor cons: - the hallway to our room smelled really bad. - there is a motion sensor light in the bathroom of our room. It would turn off after about 10 seconds of being “still” (sometimes it wouldn’t register a movement). And then it would turn back on after it sensed movement again. It was very annoying, especially at night, to have it constantly turning on and off whenever you do anything in the bathroom. Plus it made a ticking sound every time it turned on or off. - the check in process took a very long time. The staff was still friendly and the free champagne helped, but it still took too long. - the spa was closed (due to renovations). Not a huge deal, but our online reservation did not register when we tried to book something for it. We had to talk with a representative and then go to the sister hotel to ensure our appointment was booked. - towels smelled kind of old and musty. "

"The Holiday Inn Aruba was an excellent experience. Great location. Several shopping and eating spots literally right across the street. They also had excellent dining options on property. We did the all inclusive option so we ate on property every meal. Great Breakfast buffet, 2 lunch restaurants, one very informal the other was informal also but a little more upscale. Both within steps of the Carribean Sea, and great views. 3 Dinner restaurants, the Mexican and Italian rotate evenings they are open. The Sea Breeze was open everyday. Both pools are within steps of the beach. Staff was great and friendly. The only downside is shade is limited and it costs to rent a playa or beach umbrella. We walked the beach and this looked to be the norm for all the hotels in the area."

"This was our third consecutive time staying at Radisson Blu Aruba and this time around, RBA did not disappoint. Excellent service, consistency overall atmosphere. We have 2 small children and they love staying at RBA. What makes great stays is the people behind it. There are two employees that make our stays special: Nelsa from housekeeping was amazing, she went above and beyond and our room was spotless with little details that made kids feel special, making sure their stuffed toys were on their bed etc. Santos at the front door and beach shuttle always makes our visits special and kids insisted on taking pictures with Santos. he really came through with arranging transportation to the airport when our airport shuttle was cancelled last minute. Great stay, again :) !! "

"Ocean view was beautiful and a quick walk to the beach. Meals were good and enjoyed the walk to the Tameran for different restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable although a bit dated but we didn’t mind "
