"We arrived Friday around 545 and the property did not have the heat on. It was 57 degrees in the house. When the property owner was notified they first acted like I didn’t know how to work a thermostat. The real problem was their house kept throwing a breaker. They finally agreed to send a tech but it was so cold we found the breakers ourselves and turned them on.
