"The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. "We have a family of 5 so I booked 2 rooms from Dec 20th to Jan 4th, 2025 It’s my family first time visiting the Philippines and we enjoyed our stay. All the staff were very nice and welcoming, our rooms were clean and spacious, has a nice bar and swimming pool at the rooftop, my kids had a great time swimming, delicious breakfast in the morning was included. The location is perfect. I highly recommend this place. I would stay here again. Hopefully in 2 years same time. "
