"Unique hotel in San Cristobal! Loved the eco-friendly touch and the view when you have breakfast is AMAZING. Harry was so nice and helped us so much during our stay! He booked us our tour and ferry, and even called taxi in advance to make sure we were taken to the right place. He even made us a little to-go breakfast the morning we had to take the ferry. There's a lot of cats onsite, so cute and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "

Booked a three bed room, and even called a month earlier to clarify for sure the booking was for a room with three beds and he said yes. After paying for the room, where he seemed to not know how to use his credit card machine (telling me that he uses the tap function for $1000 transactions)…… and I had to help him by showing him how to insert the card???...

Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal."

"I loved this hotel. I was able to walk to the airport which was a nice change. But it is not noisy because they done take off from the airport often. The breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, eggs with a marvelous view. The room is very nice and comfortable. The staff was great and Lindsey was beyond helpful. She made sure my trip was special by telling me where to eat, how to use the cabs, she just had a fantastic attitude. I really recommend this hotel. It is a few blocks from the pear but it is...
