The apartment comes with your own private parking spot in the center of the city! Just a 10-minute drive from Tenerife north airport.

Important information: the apartment is on the third floor and the building does not have a lift making it unsuitable for wheelchair users or people with mobility restrictions.

Towels, linen, and professional cleaning

We take pride in ensuring that our apartment is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival.

We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them.

We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, one beach towel, and one cotton robe per guest, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.

Mid-stay cleaning

If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.

Parking

There is a private garage parking space available for the duration of your stay.

Families

We warmly welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €25 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Remote working

If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.

A very disappointing flat management
- Electricity cut-offs 4 times a day (for instance, after only powering Washing machine & one heater at the same time). - A window shutter only coming up to the middle of it's course (which lead to only half-brightness in the bedroom) - The kitchen fan & their lightings not working - A water leak coming out of the toilets - And the most : A water jam in the shower which leads to all kind of feces coming up in the shower. The management reacted only 2 days after to send a plumber/electrician to fix all of these. Some solutions were applied without diagnosis, which resulted (after the man came) that there are still some toilet water leakage & electricity cut-offs. After many e-mails with them during the whole week where I suggested them to refund us part of the trip (instead of leaving this review), they only suggested 1 or 2 free more nights if we come back another time on the island ==> Which means no refund or compensation at all on the current trip. On our 3rd night, at late 9pm, they also suggested to move to another flat but we didn't know where and if the place would been warmed up or not (like this one, which was around 14° when we arrived). But considering all this, how can you be confident that the other place would have been better than the next one? We decided to stay in the current flat & wait the next morning until the plumber came. That's the first time we experience such a bad accommodation. Our advice : Definitely avoid this.
