Riki was an amazing host with helpful tips and local suggestions. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve found. House is in a great location to experience San Clemente.

Family vacation
Our family had a wonderful time staying at Riki's place. It's so close to the beach and just 12 min walk to the pier. It was very clean and spacious. My only critique would be the master bed, it wasn't very comfortable. I'd would recommend her place to anyone!

Love this place.
The house and outdoor patio are wonderful. There’s a lot of love and care by the owner and she’s also a wonderful person to talk with. Our family really liked the location being a few blocks from the beach but not right next to the pier or really busy areas. We even found a really nice long bike and running path along the beach going North to Dana Point. We’ll be back again next year for sure.

Awesome place!
This home was beautiful! Had everything you could need. There was a wagon with beach chairs, boogie boards. The patio was big with lots of seating, great place to eat meals, etc. One big perk was having private off road parking. Riki was an amazing host! We will definitely stay here again 🤗

Riki greeted me upon my arrival and showed me each and every room and the amenities. If you’re looking for a great location near the beach and close to the city center this is the place to be.

An amazing place for a great family vacation.
We had an amazing week in San Clemente with our 3 kids aged 15, 18 and 20.. The home is fantastic, conveniently located one block away from the beach. We spent the entire week in the water and exploring San Clemente. At night we enjoyed our barbecued dinners in the outside area which is gorgeous, private and very spacious. So very grateful for a very special family vacation with Riki being a fantastic host. Thank you Riki for hosting us. Stairway to Heaven
Our stay at Riki's property named, "Stairway to Heaven" was exactly what we needed. The grandkids enjoyed the enclosed patio and we had ample space with the three bedrooms. San Clemente Condo
Our family really enjoyed this condo and it’s location. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach and several eating establishments. We walked almost everywhere and absolutely loved that. There is a great path along the beach for exercise or to take you to the pier, restaurants near the beach, or just to watch sunsets. There was a great beachside concert we attended that was a lot of fun. The condo itself worked perfect for our needs and it has a great outdoor patio to bbq or just hang out with friends. We will definitely go back again. Rikki was truly amazing and wanted us to notify her if there were any issues.

Great house & patio for family fun
We had an amazing stay at Beautiful Ocean View. We were in San Clemente for our daughter's wedding, and this house was a perfect base for our family. We enjoyed the patio and outdoor area and had BBQs and breakfasts, enjoying the fresh air. And the inside was comfortable and spacious enough for everyone, too. And you can see the ocean from the upstairs balcony. It is also close enough for an enjoyable stroll through the neighborhood to the beach (just avoid high tide times, as there is not much beach - you have to go a bit further down, closer to the little train 'station' where the beach is larger and can be enjoyed at any time). Riki was very helpful and friendly any time we need it. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here and highly recommend this location to other family/ friend groups.

Great Place!
We loved our stay! It was a short walk to the beach and close to the little downtown and restaurants. The place was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The host, Rikki, was very responsive and thoughtful, provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including beach gear and local recommendations. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook a few meals. My favorite was the large private patio! I would highly recommend!
