"It was very nice to stay out of town, yet conveniently close enough to walk to town. Very private and quiet. Just a couple of minutes walk away, from Nacho Mama's LB Burrito which was excellent! I will definitely stay at the Secret Jungle again. "

"The hotel room itself was fine, but the internet barely worked and the tv was internet based so it didn’t work at all. The person who checked us in didn’t wear a mask and insisted that we “go to an ATM to pay in cash,” even though we had put our credit card in through Hotels.com. The shower was not a consistent temperature and would hover between freezing and scalding hot. "

"The Expedia description does not match the actual accommodation: It is not a 4 star guest house but rather a 2 star hostel. Also, we couldn’t find the house in the first place since it has no name on it, neither would people living there know the place (in the hostel itself it then shows a different name). "We had such an amazing time at Colores! The hosts and workers at the restaurant were all so friendly and helpful. The beach and town were an absolute dream. We really appreciated the beach chairs and tables provided by Colores. We will absolutely stay here again! Keep in mind that you have to know what you want for your trip. "My husband and I stayed 5 days at Casa Verde. We had a very relaxing time there. The town is very small and everything is in walking distance. However, if you get a lot at the bigger grocery store, you might want to ask for them to deliver it for you. The beach is very close by. "This resort is beautiful as pictured! Let me start by saying Francesca was a 12/10! I had many questions due to the location of this hotel. There’s no easy way to get here we flew into San Jose then had to take another flight to Limón and then take a cab to the hotel! A lot of time and a lot of money however the hotel has nothing to do with that! Francesca looked up the flights to Limón also had a van waiting for us she was helpful, patient and explained everything well. We communicated through whats app and she answered me quickly and throughly. The resort is very clean, very tranquil. The food was good and there are a lot of places within walking distance if you want to try local food. The beach is walking distance and easy to navigate. All I can say is be ready to spend alot of money traveling to get to this hotel. When you arrive you will have peace and quiet, the staff is great! "
