Hosts were very easy to communicate with and went out of their way to help us with the generator when there was a blackout. Has all the amenities that you would need. Definitely recommend this place. "We have stayed here before and it seems to have gone downhill. The grounds were good but the room was less than expected based on the pictures. The staff were friendly but inefficient. Our room was never cleaned and we had to call and ask for tissue for the CR and for fresh towels. Beds were not made and garbage wasnt emptied. And the free breakfast was a joke - a hot dog or canned ham or some such with 1 egg and garlic rice. Expected a buffet or at least enough to eat. "

"I made this reservation on expedia. I the called the property to confirm. I was told that they were full and could bot honor the reservation. The staff there made zero attempts to help me, even though I was a weary traveller far from home, in the province. The lady told me that “I” could contact the owner. She wouldn’t do it. She said that “I” could go to one of their other properties and see if they could accommodate. She would not call and check. She told me that “I” could email the owner, but she did not give me an email address. In fact, she made zero attempts to fix this situation, but they did already collect the money. I had to spend 2 hours on the chat with expedia support just to try and get a refund. VERY unprofessional, bordering on comical."
