"Had 11 guys on a bachelor party. House slept all of us comfortably and was exactly as described in the listing. Would stay here again. "

"Good location, easy access to beach. Unit was as described. Check-in was simple, however would not allow early check-in. Only suggestions for improvement would be to adjust the water heater for warmer water for shower/bath and fix bathtub drain for the ability to take a bath. Hair dryer would have been nice as well . Internet and Smart TV access was great. Would come back in the future. "

"Great location on the island, near multiple shuttle stops, plenty of room for all 9 adults in our group. Beds were very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were heated and we enjoyed them everyday!"

"Home is walking distance from the beach. Home has a great pool that was suitable for a party of 11. Home had 4 rooms to accommodate living quarters. Home had a suitable kitchen and dining area for meals and lounging areas both inside and out. No complaints. I wouldn't mind rebooking the place for my next visit."

"We absolutely loved our stay. Townhome was clean and very nice. Everything you need is in the kitchen! The swimming pool and patio is a great place to relax! We will definitely rent this again!"

"We loved the house. The owner met us for the initial walk thru. Had two sets of keys- perfect for the guys to go fishing and the girls to junk shop. Christmas time was perfect. Temperatures was in the 70's each day. I recommend anyone who needs the space to check this one out. We ate in every meal but the last night we ordered pizza to save the clean up. Plan to go back as soon as we can work it out. "

"The place is bigger than pictures show. The Upstairs Master's Suite has a king bed with plenty of storage, a huge walk-in closet and double vanity sinks and a large shower. There is another half bath near by. The dining table handles 8 people, however the living room couches only handle 4 people but there are dining chairs for 10 people. The back deck table can handle 6 people. Downstairs there are 2 more on suite bedroom. One has a bunk with a twin on the bottom and a single above. The other...

"Beautiful four bedroom, two stories, with pool in the backyard! Apart from the few people staying next-door that could see over the fence when they went up their stairs, the backyard was nice and private, and the pool was amazing!The ice machine downstairs was a definite plus, as well as the brand new ninja blender! "This house is in a perfect location, nice neighborhood, close to the beach and other attractions. The pool and hot tub were perfectly heated. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, etc. to accommodate the beach. We would definitely stay here again!"
