The text the use they never answer or answer hours later. Trying to talk to someone is awful. There are several windows that will not lock. The locking mechanism is broken. Not the actual window. They do not have blinds downstairs just thin sheet curtains. So very little privacy. The kind bed...

"We stayed over spring break with the family and we really enjoyed the pool, the view, and the house. This place is huge and furnished really comfortably. There is still construction going on nearby, but the construction crews were gone by the time we came back in the evenings. The community is gated and after the crews left it was so quiet and peaceful even during spring break. "

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and having a washer and dryer available was a great convenience. Although the utilities were being worked on and the power went out briefly, a repairman was sent immediately to resolve the issue. The problem was never fully resolved.
