"The beds, bed sheets and towels were excellent. Great views of the lake and the island of Flores. Good good at the restaurant. 10 minute walk to the island. Next to the mall"

"The location is good (on the island) and the staff were friendly. The free coffee and bread rolls was nice, in the absence of breakfast being available. The room was a bit dark, as the advertised balcony isn't really a balcony but a small enclosed room attached to the room. The terrace is nice but there is no bar service (although the minibar is well priced). The staff were friendly but not very forthcoming with information unless asked. For example, I only found out about the swimming pool...
