"Its very inconvenient having the restroom outside the room, and sharing with others with out cleaning. Their is no room for parking the vehicle. No TV in the room No mirror in the room. The same towels for the 5 days. Washer and dryer we had to pay extra to used. The room hade a leak. They never answered the phone… My review is not a critique its for Casa Quetzalli offers better service in the future… "

"This property does not communicate. They say they offer airport shuttle service, but you cannot coonect with the to book it. They do not respond to messages through Expedia Help, and they do not answer the phone on Expedia help. They have a limited window to check in. They obviouslu have no interest in guest service!"

"We had quite mixed feelings about our stay here. First of all the fact that you can only check in between 14 and 18 didn’t say in our confirmation email. I can see that it says in the app but it’s not stated everywhere. We arrived at 20.30 after we had to spend some time at the airport filing reports for lost luggage. The place is kind of secret without any signs or anything. We asked around in the neighborhood about where it was but nobody had heard about it. After trying three different...
