"One of my best holidays. Wonderful location, great host. The location was peaceful, quiet, had an amazing view and with our location we had a very good starting point for several round trip hikes. "What a shame, the entire region of Pescia is beautiful but everything at this cottage is awful. Its totally bizarre and weird and so so dirty. Honestly i doubt the place has ever been dusted once which is just disgusting. The shower curtain was full of mould.. bugs everywhere it was a literal disaster, not any normal persons idea of a vacation. It stinks of mould and kerosene inside, which then becomes a safety concern as well. Thankgoodness we were able to refund one night because we could...

These contracts do not mirror the conditions within hotels.com. I immediately tried to contact the hotel without luck.
