Had to call host to get correct wi-fi password Felt like I was staying at my aunts house while she was out of town: Beds were very good but no one could sleep upstairs-too hot (A/C filter was very dirty) Called host about remote for upstairs-it went missing so strike 2 no TV Downstairs: Both Downstair Bath-No way to hang bath or hand towels, Stained towels, stained and dirty rugs, empty and half empty shampoo containers which limited space for items we brought Only lighting in Master Bedroom was lamps on night stands Bunk Bed Room-Very Cute but little function-No dresser, night stand, missing light bulbs, no blanket on top bunk (the guest that planed to be upstairs moved to top bunk) Living Room-Recliner Love Seat looked good in pics but doesn't recline, no coffee or end tables to sit anything on, large clock on wall-doesn't work Kitchen-Some ones food taking up space in fridge, some expired, keurge pods on counter but no keurge, dishes in cabinet seemed to be left over from? threw out one badly chipped bowl. Very little silverware and other other utensils Trash can outside had trash in it and mid week I got text asking us to take trash to curb for pick up Got text last night saying they were coming to get something from garage and not to be alarmed Not my best vacation rental experience. I rent by the week because I move around for business. Prior week I was in Comfort and that host could teach the class on what to do for short stay renters. This one needs help.

Nice place to stay in Boerne
This property was great for my family (two under 2, 3 adults). It was close to everything in Boerne and despite its proximity to HEB it was still quiet at night. The kinder park down the road was lovely. We had a nice stay and the host was helpful and easy to talk with

Late Christmas with Family
Due to scheduling conflicts, we were going to have to celebrate Christmas a few days after the 25th this year. We are moving to the area soon, and I wanted to take the opportunity to show my family around. I contacted the host to see if by someone chance the house was decorated for the holidays and see if they could keep them up a few days. Turns out it wasn’t. That didn’t stop her. She got us a tree with decorations. I can not begin to tell you what that meant. Such a kind and beautiful thing to do for us and we will be forever grateful. The house and location are fabulous! To help anyone interested in booking, the Master Bedroom and Bathroom and the Bunk Bed Room are both downstairs and there is a large room with 3 beds and a bathroom upstairs. It was perfect for us. If we ever decide to book again, we will absolutely check availability. Thank you for making our family Christmas a beautiful success!

The home was very convenient to everything. The furnishings are showing wear in the living room and the master bath had some weird stains on the rugs. Everything else was nice and the home felt very comfortable.

Definitely worth it!
We loved this property! The location is perfect. It seemed like every where we went it was only 4 minutes away or less. The neighborhood is beautiful & feels safe. The home is welcoming & worked perfect for our family. It was spacious & provided all the essentials. The owners were easy to contact & responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely book here again & completely recommend this property.
