This property was very close to Sea World and had a variety of dining options close by. It was clean and in good condition. The hotel offered a schedule of activities including a movie night each evening. The courtyard and pool offered a variety of games and activities making it ideal for families. The food at the restaurant was good but the service was not the best and while the wait staff were friendly, the service seemed disorganized. Most of my displeasure with the stay stems from the inability for the hotel to provide the requested adjoining rooms. Two separate rooms were provided which negatively affected our experience since we have 3 small children that were set to sleep in the adjoining room so my husband and I were forced to sleep in separate rooms and split up the kids for the duration of the stay. It did not feel like a family vacation for that reason. There was no communication about this, had I known, we would have made other arrangements.
