"At Ayenda Llanogrande, you feel like you are staying in the middle of nature! The property is beautiful, clean, safe and you have everything you need to feel at home. The staff are professional and very helpful. They look for ways to help meet your needs. We were helped with transportation to the airport and to get dinner. They also provided breakfast for us, even when we were leaving before they serve breakfast. I truly felt cared for and welcomed here."

"This place should have its own category for its excellence. The staff, scenery, service, rooms, Its everything! It was beyond perfect. I would go back in a heartbeat as those people take your comfort very seriously. Even the dog took care of us! Seriously. This place covers all your needs and they work with you. But you need to ask the right questions. This isn't the USA, so don't assume that everything is inclusive. Their prices are pretty good and I would recommend anyone to go there....

"The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos !
