"The staff very kind , they help out very fast with 2 problems i had , the unit i got did not had air conditioning or heater, thank God it was pretty cold days so they loan a heater , I bought a mini one to solve the problem but obviously when temperature rise during the day the air conditioning is need it . Everything else was accurate with description "

Afraid to sit on it. 3. They don’t provide any kitchen towels. Had to use paper towels which isn’t earth friendly 4. Kakun rep was an hour late showing up for check in. "Noisy, unprofessional personnel."

"We loved our stay! Our host was very responsive to our requests and was able to accommodate us to an early check in. The location was amazing right next to a lot of chain restaurants and convenience stores. It was very cozy and clean. Definitely recommend staying!"
