"Our stay mostly consisted of roasting like a turkey on Christmas Day throughout every night. Shoddy air con at best. We asked for the air con to be fixed before finding out that it was actually supposed to be working fine. Room temp was approx 100 degrees. I asked for fan at front desk and they laughed in my face and said "it's so hot". Asides from that room was big, cleaning was minimal but beds were made. Nice enough breakfast. Spa was good but ironically actually not that warm. "

"It was amazing, the hotel is small but the service is like a 5 star hotel. Bedding get change every other day, as well as towels. Rooms are cleans and spacious. they have a café which is one of the best in the whole town as it's modern and conveniently located."

"The hotel in general is comfortable, modern, and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a good position in Ferrol with easy access. It has off the road parking both undercover (€7 a day) and free gated. Breakfast is a plentiful buffet with lots of choice including bacon and eggs. There was a problem with the staff as the cook had had an accident so it was not possible to have any hot food in the evening. "Beautiful country house but beware there is no breakfast or dinner as their kitchen is not open in the off season... and there is nowhere close by to eat so prepare accordingly! Very comfortable beds and nice facilities. I would come back"
