The hotel is situated just outside the town, however it is right next to a shopping centre and by a supermarket and a few bars and restaurants. We had an excellent stay!

Our stay mostly consisted of roasting like a turkey on Christmas Day throughout every night. Shoddy air con at best. We asked for the air con to be fixed before finding out that it was actually supposed to be working fine. Room temp was approx 100 degrees. I asked for fan at front desk and they laughed in my face and said "it's so hot". Asides from that room was big, cleaning was minimal but beds were made. Nice enough breakfast. Spa was good but ironically actually not that warm.

My stay at the Spa Sercotel Odeon
This is rated a 4 star hotel, however I don't think it deserves this rating. The rooms are comfortable and clean but I think the bath should have a nonslip surface and there should be a rail to hold onto when getting into the bath. The cafeteria does not offer or other food unless the restaurant is open. The buffet breakfast is abundant. The restaurant only offers an evening meal with a set menu of limited choice and no vegetarian options. We did not use the spa facilities.

Las zonas comunes estaban cálidas, la habitación no y solo había opción de poner aire frío, por lo que no era confortable. En el desayuno, había poco personal y aunque intentaban atender muy correctamente, había momentos en los que faltaban productos, porque no podían llegar a más.

Todo muy bien,el personal muy atento, buenas instalaciones, moderno, habitacion amplia con todas las comodidades , las ventanas no se pueden abrir y le pondría un inconveniente , es que la insonorización es un poco deficiente, se oyen los pasos de los que caminan por el pasillo, las puertas abrir y cerrar , las habitaciones contiguas así como el personal de limpieza si toca bien temprano que limpien en tu sector del hotel ,por lo demás , buena estanci

El hotel bien, el personal bien, esta en un polígono y lejos del centro con pocos autobuses. No hay problema porque iba en coche pero es mejor saberlo. El desayuno pobre para 4 estrellas y la cena normal. No esperaba que me dieran un vino de La Mancha estando en Galicia.
