A hair dryer was provided but was located in the room. I found out later that the outlet in the bathroom did not work which is why the hair dryer was in the room. Breakfast was pretty sad compared to other hotels but it was tasty and plentiful"

"I was only in this Ayutthaya about 24 hours and only used this room to sleep. The room was not very clean and overall the hotel had a weird vibe. The worst was that the hotel tried to charge me double for a taxi ride to the airport. I found out from local residents and the Grab app how much it would really cost, cancelled my ride and then all of the sudden, the same driver would do it for the reduced fair.... "Beautiful, simple room overlooking the river. Staff was very nice and friendly, however, seemed to be new and untrained in the hospitality industry. The place could use a good cleaning - the ceiling lights were full of dead flies. Breakfast is included, but very simple. Functional, but not great. The restaurant, however, is excellent. Overall, for the price and location, it's a great stay. "
