"We had a really great 1-week stay at this property. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and I really appreciated all of the extra little touches: vintage record player, acoustic guitar, fully stocked spice cabinet in the kitchen, space heater for extra coziness, tower fan for an extra breeze, and plenty of bathroom towels. "The studio apartment was the perfect place for our long weekend in Seattle. So many amenities at our doorstep! We discovered Freya Bakery on our last day…don’t miss that wonder if you are staying at this VRBO! The place was clean and tidy. Great water pressure in the shower! (A surprise for an older building!) If one has a car, the Pike Street Market parking was great @36 for 24 hours. "

"We were unaware we were in a basement, although didn’t look like it, we still would’ve wanted to know. Surroundings outside were unsafe due to the homeless sleeping at the park. The community center across the street also attracted a bunch of rowdy people. "

"The tiny little wall heater struggled to keep the place warm. It was freezing most of the time until I finally figured out how to change the program on the thermostat. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex, or laundry soap. I figured it out, but would have been nice to have those items. The bed was quite soft. I slept well, but feel like a longer stay might not have been good. There were no extra blankets or pillows. I loved that it was in walking distance to the grocery store...

"City Haven II was very clean and comfy. Located in a very walkable neighborhood. We walked to the grocery store and brought back food to cook at the rental. Felt just like home :) Although the street out front is super busy, the house is sound proof. Not only was it quiet, but the beds were extra comfortable- I slept like a baby! The host was very responsive too! We loved our stay!"

"I’ve stayed in many short term rental properties and this was, hands down, one of the very best. The words “cute” and “cozy” best capture the essence, but the Captain’s Quarters is so much more. It’s small, but perfect for up to a couple (comfy queen bed) plus, perhaps, one sleeping on the couch. The host is amazingly kind and responsive to communications. "I booked a room with a balcony which unfortunately I didn't get to use as it was raining each night, but it would be brilliant in summer for a glass of wine when you get home. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a fantastic sleep. Area is nice and quiet at night. I probably wouldn't get the staircase bed again though (unless it was summer - for the balcony), but it was a cool experience. "Very comfortable and exceptionally quiet hotel rooms, given its proximity to airport. I slept really well. Hotel is clean, staff was very friendly, and also the restaurant has good food too. There's parking spots available but they are a little narrow and tight. Make sure you don't ding someone else's car. "

"As a first time visitor in Seattle, I loved staying here. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had great views of the ferries/ocean. You use an iPad to control the tv, lights, day curtains, day curtains, and get some info about the area around you. The only negative thing was the lack of parking. There is no on site parking and everywhere nearby costs to park, a lot of times with time limits. If you stay here, DO NOT rent a car. It's with in walking distance of most everything you might need; restaurants, shopping, Pikes Place market. Plus with all the rentable electric scooters/electric bikes you can get around pretty quick for way cheaper. "

"This hotel is close to EVERYTHING!!! Go to the Pink Room, find the pigs at the Fish Market and go to the Gum Wall… it’s all right there!! The staff were lovely, the restaurant and bar tenders were sweet and attentive- just a great place to stay!! It is in the middle of downtown Seattle so be mindful… but have the best time!!!"
