"The rooms are very clean and efficient layout. The resort is much bigger then expected. My negative review was room service at 9pm-ish took over 1 hour and had our order wrong. I know they are busy but no communication when it passed 1 hour wait. Had to call down. Other issue was we had an airport 730pm drive. We called at 7pm to be efficent to get our luggage down. "This hotel is attached to the airport so it was great for an early morning departure flight. Bed was very comfy so we got a good night sleep. Also, concierge was great. I has lost an item at another hotel and was able to have it delivered and held for me. The Hyatt just took it over so I am sure they will spruce it up a bit. Overall clean, good service and conveniently located."

"They have a shuttle to take you to the airport which is great. The rooms are clean and the hotel is clean and modern. The pool area was nice. Breakfast buffet was ok. There is a little market right outside the hotel that has good food and is cheaper. Being next to the airport makes for a noisy stay, but you get used to it."

"It's a nice, very affordable hotel that has seen better days, but for a backpacker, it's perfect. My neighbor complained about cockroaches, but my room was spotless. The gym needs some investment, but it has a punching bag and pool table that nobody uses. In this area, there is nothing to visit within walking distance except the marketplace in front of the hotel and maybe a massage salon. The street looked like I was in a small provincial town. "This hotel was definitely one of the weirdest I stayed at. The villas were huge and very interesting and the pool was excellent to spent time at during our pre-departure day. It felt abandoned though and we saw very few people. There is nothing to do outside of the compound so I don't recommend this for your stay in Bangkok. "Very comfortable stay for short layover. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was a great place to sleep for a few hours on a layover. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!"
