"Pretty nice place overall. Staff were very friendly. The location isn’t the most convenient or walkable, but it’s a short drive to Park City and Deer Valley. WiFi in the room was atrociously slow which didn’t matter to me too much on this trip, but I consider decent WiFi to be table stakes in 2025 so I’d like to see them improve that. "Beautiful hotel. Would’ve given it 5 stars, except that I got back to my room one night and the door was left open. I’m assuming it was from housekeeping. When I mentioned it, to 2 different people, neither of them seemed very concerned. Not a very secure feeling."

"The hotel is very nice; the staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a standard room (connected to a larger room). The room has nice furnishings but really small - queen size bed, sofa bed, and a coffee table. The room includes small refrigerator, small sink, dishes, glasses, mugs, and cutlery which were very nice. However, there was no microwave. "The Villa suite was spacious, comfortable, and had added amenities like steam in the shower, fireplace, and a jacuzzi. The kitchen was well equipped. The jacuzzi was in the bedroom, which was odd. Other than the bathroom and kitchen, the Villa was dated and well worn, and the floors were pretty badly damaged. "Great location to catch shuttle up to mountains. Room was nice and vibe was very friendly. Three really good restaurants are walking distance from hotel. Otherwise not much in walking area. Breakfast was good with waffles, eggs and pastries. Plus breakfast started early! Would come again! "

"The heater was difficult. The temperature was not possible to control so it would only blow semi-cold air into the room, unless I turned it on full blast and then it would still not blow warm air until the middle of the night when it became burning hot in the room. I could only sleep with 2 extra blankets on the bed and the heater off. It was freezing in the room in the morning. The heaters are the old kind that are fixed under the window and have 4 settings. "
