There was mold on the curtains in the master bedroom the hot water shut off on day one of a 3 day stay. The bath towels smelled like someone pissed in them. Mold growing on the shower walls. "This is a Thai traditional house. One bedroom, bath and kitchen downstairs, two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Close to the main road for easy access to Bangsaray, Jomtien, etc. Our house was right by the community entrance. The security guard was very helpful, opening our driveway gate for us, guiding our vehicles in and out, and contacting staff when needed. In all, and enjoyable stay."

"The villa is very confortable ,modern and is in a good location for our family trip. The downside is the condition of the kitchen ware seem very old, and the towels in the bathrooms were in very bad condition .this was an issue when we checked out .we were charged for staining bath towels and an over charge for the power consumption. I have been to thailand over 15 times and have traveled and stayed in many places in this country.but I never experienced this kind of terrible service from an...
