When they found out it was our 50th wedding anniversary, they upgraded us to a lovely room overlooking the river, with a balcony. Every dish we ate in the restaurants was delicious. The rooms are very clean and offer excellent amenities. The biggest 5 star rating about this hotel is the staff. They are fantastic. Very helpful and really nice to talk to. We changed our reservation to leave Vienna quicker than anticipated and are so thankful we did. To be honest, I thought I was going to go home disliking...

"Central location in Altstadt Salzburg but remaining amazingly quiet. Easy walking distance of main sites near Mirabell Palace but would need to cross the river for other sites of interest. The restaurants that are close are very good for both atmosphere and food. The facilities are good but limited. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was large and adequate for tourists needs. The drink making facilities, although there were limited and very few drinks were replaced without requesting. ...
