"Well, it was unusual circumstances, I think...I didn't know when the last train stopped in Hallstatt, so I had to pay moire for the cab to get there than the room...when I arrived exhausted from mybtreavels, there were at leasdt 30 teenagers there partying it up & the owners didn't spoeak English...I wanted to cry, but then it became hysterically funny...Thank Good I had ear plugs & they had wine to knock me out...the next night they were gone & there was a loively young woman at the front desk...

"Stayed here for 4 nights just before Christmas. Convenient check in with the use of our 4-digit PIN (sent to us on day of check in) to enter the building and our room. Our in-room safe wasn't working but messages with staff via Whatsapp had it sorted by the next morning. We didn't use the laundry services in the basement of the building but saw that they're operated by downloading a specific app and paying through it. We used the lockers (free to use on the same day before check in and after...
