""Excellent Staff, peaceful beautiful scenic location" The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional. Their friendliness and helpfulness were outstanding. Upon our arrival, the internal road leading to the hotel was completely covered in snow. The staff went above and beyond their duties by assisting us in clearing the path, ensuring we could safely reach the hotel. Their hospitality was deeply appreciated. The dinner and breakfast was excellent. Note for Owner: While the staff were fantastic, ensuring a clear route to the hotel for guests arriving by car, especially during winter months will be helpful."

"Incredible place to stay in the Schloss. Beautiful property with amazing art and history. The pool and spa are nice but the floor is dangerously slippery. Food is alright. "

"Warm welcome"

"We ran out of toilet paper, called the number and they sent me to a storage where there was no toilet paper. I asked for a solution and was told that there is nothing to do. This is unacceptable. There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. They said no. Few days later I discovered that the toilet paper was in laundry room and they sent me to the wrong place. You must fix it. If you are a self service you must have a solution for toilet paper refill and know where guest can take it from. Another thing is that you never sent us the code for the garage. Good that we called in advance and asked ourselves. The person didn't know to say if the garage is connected to the hotel but at least gave us the code. Good thing we did it because you never sent it, and when we called on arrival since things didn't work for us initially, no one have answered the phone. Otherwise everything was great."

"Arabella hotel is a unique hotel that impressed our family. Warm welcome from the reception as if you were greeted by your friends that respect you and want to look after you. We were offered as treat warm nuts in a paper bag that added on our Christmas mood upon arrival on Christmas Eve. The classic decoration and the old Austrian style was impressive but at the same time you could easily identify how well maintained this hotel is up to detail. The room was beautiful, spotless and big enough. We had breakfast pre booked and it had great selection of breakfast including freshly baked Austrian Christmas cookies. The Christmas dinner was up to Michelin star level! Super delicious. The staff were so friendly but also very professional and I can’t comment enough the person that cleaned our room as for two nights they even polished the bath and cleaned behind the bed and that explains how spotless the hotel was. Diana and Doti at the breakfast made us feel so warm on Christmas like we were with family! The swimming pool was warm enough and also very clean. The windows around the pool offer beautiful views! There was play area that our little one enjoyed as there is plenty of space and activities and games to keep kids busy. Our son was also offered a sledge to ride as it had quite a lot of snow when we visited. The location is a plus also. The only thing negative for us was that on Christmas Day we would expect a bit more festive atmosphere at the dinner. "

"Pretty much everything about this property was perfect. We wanted to stay somewhere outside of Salzburg for the Christmas markets, and to also see markets in some of the lake towns. We really loved it. It is a little far from Salzburg, though. It is a beautiful area of Austria and the cabin was the perfect size and comfort for our stay."

"Up market Hotel not too far away from Salzburg centre The Spa is absolutely amazing, with a range of saunas, steam room, hammocks etc to relax in, plus a small outdoor pool in the garden. Only had breakfast there so couldn't comment on the dinner, but the breakfast choice was excellent. There is a regular bus service direct to/from Salzburg Station."
