"We had a little trouble with language when booking in, but further than that it was great. Just when you think you are lost you turn into the vineyard with the biggest house I have been in. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom stunning. Breakfast included a yogurt and lots of baked goods with juice and coffee. "This property is not only beautiful but also spotlessly clean. Te owner Luisa met us with the key and was very gracious. When she found out that I was in the area doing family research she immediately called her son to take us to the office and apply for the documents while the office was open. "The access to this property is not easy (lots of narrow and windy roads) but it is very secluded up in the hills. There were 7 people in our party and we are aware there is another bedroom which is open to let so you may end up sharing the pool/accomodation if this is leased. There is also an apartment below owned by the same villa owners which means you can expect visits from Claudio or other unexpected staff "passing through on their way to the other property..." not too intrusive but be aware...
