"A nice, comfortable guest house in a good, central location. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. My room was well provided with aircon, ceiling fan, fridge, kettle, TV, wet room and balcony. The house was always kept clean. It was only let down by a shabby pool area. If returning to the area, I would go back to this guest house. "

"The stay was only forgiven because of the balcony apart from that there is nothing positive to share about the stay there were spider webs all across the room and washroom, faucet's were leaking,the doors lock was not working properly,bed linens were torn and had stains on them ,fridge was on the entire time but apart from the freezer nothing else was cooling "

"The customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. I had a family member who was with us who described this place as superb!! The setup of the rooms is pretty in terms of the bedding that’s used. "Good clean budget hotel in Bogmalo. My room was overlooking the swimming pool. Toilet was also well maintained and clean. Towels, pillow and bed sheets were spotless. The helpful owner who resides at the property stated that hygiene is paramount when preparing food in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner was excellent, with the kingfish tali really nice. "We have booked Albenjoh guest house for 27th Aug-29th Aug,2017. The only advantage I fill is the location. Calangute and Baga beach is in walkable distance and there are plenty of good restaurents nearby. Room condition is okay, but the amenities are not at all enough as per the Delux Non-AC rooms. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Joe and Marietta’s guest house. It ticked all the boxes for me and was comfortable. Breakfast is available if you need it and the room was cleaned daily. "We were moved to a different property called Casa Seaesta at the last minute as there was a “short circuit”. Even a two star rating is overrated for this property. The entire property is cheaply built and maintained. The pool photo on the website is from the adjacent property. The guests are smoking everywhere on the property including the restaurant. The guests are drinking booze in broad daylight. The staff are poorly trained and dressed. The fittings inside the room are old and cranky....

"It was aamazing stay. The staff were hospitable right from the word go. The moment we reached we were welcomed by Alisa and her colleague and they went through a well run check in service. Food was excellent and on our day one we were welcomed by Aftab introduced us to Tempora , a traditional Goan cuisine restaurant in the village square. Aftab was excellent throughout our stay and Karan & Mahabe ensured that we were well looked after. There were different culinary options available including the Royal Afgan grill and the Kebab section. Soma in the spa was equally skinned and welcoming when it came to Ayurvedic massage. We would strongly recommend staying at ITC grand Goa. "
