"This trip to Puerto Rico was to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. As soon as we arrived at the property and opened the garage door, there was a huge Happy Birthday banner hung on the wall and as we went through the house, there were birthday decorations and treats in very single room (there was even a bottle of champagne on ice)!! It was so welcoming and thoughtful and started our trip on an amazing note! This same spirit was constant throughout our week long stay... we were hooked up with an amazing fishing charter captain as well as a local tour guide who was 5 stars all the way!! Every time we had a question, Ms.Ingrid responded quickly and thoughtfully and gave us insight on the island and activities that we would have never known if it weren't for her. The gated community is conveniently located and felt completely safe. The house is spacious, the pool and outside area is relaxing, and the house was supplied with every single thing we needed for a comfortable stay. In summary, we had a wonderful time, and know that it was due in large part to the care and helpfulness and hospitality given to us by this 5-star host. Thank you Ms.Ingrid!! We are thankful to have a new friend on the island. "

"Very clean, easy access, bathroom is a little uncomfortable if you’re a big guy like me, but not impossible to manage. Bedrooms are very comfortable. The only bad thing is the a/c water extractor that makes noise when least you expected lol had to get used to that. Overall, the experience was great. Met the cleaning lady and she is just fabulous. Did not get her name though, but really nice person. Loved the place! "

"Agnes was a very attentive host! I was supposed to arrive on a Monday and my boyfriend was going to meet me at the house.  My plane was delayed and Agnes so kindly prepared the home and provided food and beverages. My plane was delayed an entire day and my boyfriend, who lives in Puerto Rico, drove a long distance to meet me at the airport. Agnes was so kind to let him stay at the rental home, even though he was not scheduled to stay! After I arrived, I was pleasantly pleased with the home. The home is in a very quiet, urban area. Outside at night, there is the most pleasant sound of the Coqui frogs! Being a lover of song birds, I loved the sound of these frogs! The home is a bit warm outside of the bedroom (the bedroom is air conditioned), but we used the fans to cool off the other rooms and were comfortable. While visiting, I still had to work (I'm a teacher), so the second bedroom is set up as an office. I was very pleased with this accommodation since I needed the space for dual monitors! Overall, the place was perfect for us and when we're not traveling with the kids, the home is great for the two of us!
