"Clean place for both myself and my wife. The place is located in Toa Baja. It’s 23 mins from San Juan airport and close to main highways if planning to go sightseeing. According to local friends when it rains it’s a flooding area . However it did rain and nothing happened. The place is not a luxurious one but it works for two people . "

"We could have stayed here twice as long and still have wanted more. Such a beautiful, peaceful spot, right on the ocean. The owners are gracious and kind and a joy to talk to. The apartment was clean and comfortable, but the veranda is where we spent most of our time, with it's amazing view of the ocean. Loved watching the pelicans fishing and the boats going by. Just beautiful! We could not have found a better spot to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Can't wait to go back!"

"First off the host was very accommodating from our initial booking. We booked one floor and later needed the second floor and he helped make it all work. The property is off a little side dirt road off a main road that takes you into a neighborhood, the property is not part of that neighborhood. The property is not new so if you're looking for a contemporary "shiny" and "fancy" vacation home, this isn't for you. There is a smell but I believe Jose gives fair warning in the property summary. "at first, the location was difficult to find but thanks to good communication, we found it quickly. Picture includes hot tub and hammock , no hammock & hot tub wasn't working. She was quick to come try to fix it but unfortunately didn't stay on longer than 15 minutes. Everything was clean and very nice apartment although it has no oven. Neighbors were a bit loud and sometimes we would have to ask the lady downstairs to slightly move her car so we can fit in the parking right next to it other...
