"Clean place for both myself and my wife. The place is located in Toa Baja. It’s 23 mins from San Juan airport and close to main highways if planning to go sightseeing. According to local friends when it rains it’s a flooding area . However it did rain and nothing happened. The place is not a luxurious one but it works for two people . "

"at first, the location was difficult to find but thanks to good communication, we found it quickly. Picture includes hot tub and hammock , no hammock & hot tub wasn't working. She was quick to come try to fix it but unfortunately didn't stay on longer than 15 minutes. Everything was clean and very nice apartment although it has no oven. Neighbors were a bit loud and sometimes we would have to ask the lady downstairs to slightly move her car so we can fit in the parking right next to it other...

"I visited San Juan to see my daughter and wife couldn’t make it so I didn’t “go fancy”. The unit was very clean and in a nice neighborhood with a baseball field across the street. Parking was no problem. The patio outside the unit was perfect for coffee and the top floor was great later eve to chat with my daughter. You get more than your moneys worth at “Black and White”. "

"The place is clean but needs maintenance/upkeep. Stove doesn’t work well, took 20 minutes to boil an egg. No plugs in the bathroom. Shower has low water pressure. We booked a two bedroom and on the first night she gave us a one bedroom. My 75 year old father had to sleep on the couch. "The view was absolutely beautiful. The property had so much Potential. It did need Updating. When something went wrong, they did come down right away. Yes there were bugs But You are Practically Staying in the woods so of course there will be bugs. While we were there The whole island lost electricity.
