When booking we were not told the amenities listed such as fitness area and indoor pool were not available, this was THE reason why we booked this hotel. There is nothing about hotel being under renovation online. You definitely can’t sleep in as construction work begins at 8am. Limited parking beside NO amenities!!

El hotel se encuentra en mantenimiento, es un hotel viejo poco cuidado y muy dañado. Mi habitación estaba en un tercer piso y no contaba con elevador. La habitación tenía un olor a humedad bastante intenso. El aire acondicionado era ruidoso.

La propiedad está bien ubicado, pero es un hotel viejo que necesita renovar y/o reparar sus instalaciones. Nos hospedamos 3 personas en una habitación (304), pero las toallas y las cortesías solo las pusieron para una, hasta que solicitamos más. El toallero está colocado muy por arriba de la altura que pudiéramos alcanzar. El asiento de la tasa del baño estaba floja y se movía al sentarse uno. La regadera de la ducha y la llave del lavabo estaban mal ajustadas y tiraban mucha agua fuera de la ducha o del lavabo. Las repararon cuando las reportamos. La limpieza necesita mejorar. Encontramos una tapa de una botella de agua debajo de la cama y se veía que no se había aspirado bien. En el descanso del segundo piso vimos la misma colilla de cigarro dos noches seguidas. Las plantas de las jardineras de afuera se veían marchitas y sucias, necesitan atención. La atención de las recepcionistas fue muy buena, sin embargo, la segunda noche que llegamos, la recepcionista estaba en el sillón del lobby hablando por teléfono en algún asunto que parecía personal. Esto no es profesional. Los alimentos del desayuno son buenos y abundantes. El servicio de los meseros también bueno, en especial del chico que estuvo los 4 días en el turno. Muy atento en su trato, al tomar la orden y al estar pendiente para retirar el servicio. El único punto es también el estado del equipo ( la tostadora de pan no funciona bien) Somos hoteleros y les dejo estos comentarios con la intención de mejoras. tks

Las sábanas eran viejas. Mi cama tenía una mancha de sangre y pelos. Las almohadas estaban destrozadas y olía terrible a humedad. El baño se veía súper sucio. Salí corriendo de ahí.

Terrible que renten este hotel no está en condiciones Fue una mala experiencia no debieran cobrar por algo que está en tan mal estado! Baños socios, cayéndose Paredes sucias alfombras sucias con pelos y uñas más mugre El aire viejo con olor a humedad Los muebles desgastados y viejos daba asco el sillón y las cortinas El clóset con humedad Las toallas socias No había estacionamiento Alberca y gym cerrado mismo que no decía cuando reserve No es ni para $500 la noche

La habitación muy descuidada alfombra sucia y pésimo estado,se le hizo saber. A la recepcionista y me dijo que me si quería cancelaba y que me fuera a otro hotel a las 9 pm llegué al 2,55 pm y que no me podía entregar la habitación mala actitud de la recepcionista nada recomendable
