Difícil obtener mi factura y al final no coincide

Muy difícil obtener mi factura, tuve que regresar personalmente a pedirla, claro que esa gasolina nadie me la va a regresar pero es mejor que perder el costo del hotel y cuando por fin me la dieron es por $400 pesos menos, comentan que la diferencia es la comisión del sitio cuando en otros hoteles me facturan el total que pague, terrible experiencia, no vuelvo aquí, perdí la gasolina de monterrey a Saltillo ida y vuelta solo por la famosa factura y $400 que me facturaron de menos, decepcionante
