Great conversation everywhere you go. The cottage was comfortable and so relaxing. Ms Debbie will give you some tips if it is your 1st time, but wondering the island and going where your feet take you works also. Thanks again for a great stay."

"The house was wonderful with an awesome setting. Teresa and Charles are great people. They were very helpful with everything we needed. They took us on a great fishing day and then were so gracious to come back to the house to prepare our catch with all the trimmings! Truly genuine hardworking, god loving people we were blessed to spend time with. The owners of this property are so fortunate to have this wonderful place with host's that go above and beyond as caretakers. Hoping to be able to comeback soon!"

"Ron's home is well appointed with a well outfitted kitchen and gas grill. Great grocery availability on the island. One of our party had food allergies so we prepared all by two meals at the house. The deck facing the ocean was our favorite place for morning coffee as we planned our day. The screened porch at the back was lovely in the evenings providing refuge from the no-see-ums that often make after dark grilling a challenge. We used they kayaks almost daily with lots to explore in the nearby bay, lagoons and Hell's Gate. Lovely property, thanks for sharing it with us Ron!"

"Rainbow House was just perfect for our party of 6 (3 siblings and spouses). The 3 bedrooms were placed so that we all enjoyed our privacy. The kitchen and dining/living quarters were spacious for our communal meals and socializing. We enjoyed the proximity to the Stella Maris Resort for dining and beverage options and their very friendly and helpful staff. Long Island is a peaceful, friendly and beautiful place to explore. Take time to visit the sites/beaches from its top to its bottom! "

"Cottage was exactly as we'd hoped - secluded (careful on the dirt road in; potholes abound), quiet, and just steps from the beach. House had all the amenities we could possibly have asked for, and the property manager proved professional and helpful. Beach is gorgeous, with clear shallow water and craggy coves for exploring with kids. Location is perfect; central to (20 min. drive) plenty of restaurants, a well-stocked market, and lots of stuff to do. Communication with owners was fast and easy.Everyone we met was friendly and delightful, safety never felt like an issue at all. Only deducted a star from "location and neighborhood" because on windy days the beach seems to accumulate a lot of trash brought in by the trade winds. Unfortunate and somewhat of a downer, but certainly no fault of the owners, or the Bahamas for that matter. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend. "

"Wow! Amazing! We had a great time! The only thing you need to wear at Serenity is sunscreen. We stayed eight days and only seen two people walking the beach. For it being a public beach, it sure felt like our very own private oasis. The hut had about everything we needed for our stay including wifi . The king size net bed was our favorite place to hang out during the day to catch some rays and then at night for some star gazing. Tip: pack a flashlight, the nights are very dark when there's no moon out. The pictures and descriptions listed on VRBO are spot on, but you really need to be here in person to get a sense of the "serenity". The hosts were easy to reach and answer any questions we had. They even helped us set up a car rental and brought/delivered us some delicious pizza!"

"Private swim pool carved out of beach coral rock with ocean flowing through. Unbelievably cool!!!! Extremely private. Beach barista makes best mango daiquiri in world- yummy. Walking distance from airport if lightly loaded. Prices high for everything. Come loaded and have a good time. "
