The room was beautiful with beautiful views. So laid back…. If I could give 10 stars I would! I will definitely be back. Our most favorite in the world now! Thank you all SO much!!!!! "

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Exuma, and it was an absolute dream! The location is unbeatable – perfectly situated with breathtaking views of the sparkling turquoise water. Waking up to the serene scene each morning was a highlight of the trip. We were close to great beaches and Georgetown for shopping and restaurants.The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It had a cozy, yet modern feel that made it both comfortable and stylish. The living areas were spacious, and the rooms had plenty of natural light, making it a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring.One of the best parts of staying here was the direct access to the water. You could step right outside and take a refreshing swim or just enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the waves. Whether you’re a water lover or just someone who enjoys a gorgeous view, this house has it all.Overall, it was a perfect stay, offering both tranquility and adventure. If you’re looking for a comfortable, scenic getaway in Exuma, this is definitely the place to be!"

"You have to have realistic expectations about this island. This is a 3 Star Hotel that can easily become 4 with a few small changes. Changes: slightly friendly front desk assistance, working stove at the cottages, working fan in living room at cottages. ability to charge to your room while being at the Beach Club. We weee staying at the cottages but had to have our Credit / Debt Card to close out tabs each individual day. The breeze was great but it would have been nice for the big fan to work. Fan and AC in the room worked great. We were told that renovations were going on at the Cottages at Stocking Island but the pictures are the same online as they have been for a year. No worries , feel slightly mislead but it’s ok. This is still a better place to stay than most and staying on Stocking Island with minimal people at night was a must for this trip. Staff is friendly but the star of the show is the Bell Hop with the deep voice and both Boat Drivers.they weee all extremely nice and welcoming. Willing to drop off and pick up outside or normal boat / ferry hours. Never seemed to wait more than 29 minutes to catch a ride to and trim stocking island. They all made for an amazing experience. We will come back but hope for actual renovations on sticking island. "

"Very nice. Nothing fancy but very relaxing. The best calm beaches nearby. Not a traditional hotel with daily service, but anything needed..towels, soap, services, just need to ask. On a windy day, their beach was still calm. Splash restaurant has the best conch chowder...nice staff available to help at any time.. the only downside were the sand flies...must bring repellant everywhere.. overall..GREAT PLACE"

"Our group of 10 had a great stay! Exuma is beautiful. The pool and beach were fantastic. All of us cooked & ate most breakfasts and dinners at the large indoor dining room table most days and it worked out great. The kitchen was fully stocked and worked well for this.Master bedroom and bath is very nice and spacious. 2nd bedroom with queen bed is big enough and has it's own bathroom. Loft bedroom is a little more private that we were thinking it would be, but it does not have a door so sound carries. Bunk room is back in the corner of the house so pretty private and quiet. Bunk room beds can work for adults, but much more ideal for kids/teenagers.We used the kayaks and paddle boards at the house as well as the pool many of the days. No-see-ums (sand flies) and regular flies are definitely a thing though during sunrise and sunset. I'm sure this is an issue across the entire island though so just plan to stay inside during those times. If you like to cook, make sure to get some fresh fish the guy set up right outside of Shop Rite. Definitely need a car(s) to get around the island. The host, Jacquelyn, gave us tips and suggestions that helped us plan a lot of it in advance so I'd suggest reaching out for that. Highly recommend a boat tour to the other Exuma islands with Go Adventures H2O as well as an ATV tour with Exuma Adventure Tours. Great vacation!"

"What an amazing place to stay! Great experience beginning before we even arrived. Jack is great giving plenty of information, directions, and details for a worry-free stay. At arrival, our hostess Kay, had our dreamm vacation home ready to go. Throughout our stay, Jack and Kay offered information and answered all questions. What a delightful place to stay, fitting our family friend and our family of 5. Looking forward to our next visit here as this place had anything you could ask for! "Our stay at this Vrbo rental in Exuma was absolutely fantastic! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The direct view from the condo was breathtaking—we loved waking up to the stunning ocean scenery every day.The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-equipped place to stay in Exuma!"
