"The owner took the time to meet me upon arrival and answer any questions I had about the surrounding area. The property sits on a quiet well-maintained corner lot. The surrounding barns are well maintained. The inside of the cottage is clean and functional. Full kitchen is perfect for short and long term stays. Couch and bed are very comfortable. I would recommend it to others."

"My wife and I just had a wonderful stay in this marvelous property. Completely secluded but easy access to Rhinebeck and the Mid Hudson valley. "The property was lovely and the property manager was very friendly and accommodating. The space was ample, beds were very comfortable, and the a/c kept us cool in the middle of a heat wave. Only issue was that the house had a very musty smell to it. Also, the coffee pot was filled with old coffee-apparently they forgot to clean it prior to our arrival. Otherwise a great stay!"

The kids loved the tiny kid-sized room with the puzzle floor and my 9 year old daughter opted to sleep there rather than in a room of her own. "The property was exactly as described, but the pictures do not accurately show just how homey it is. The house was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. We love the craftsman/ farmhouse style and the furnishings. The screened porch had a table and ample seating with a view overlooking the lake and the sunrise The lake was the perfect size and we took advantage of the kayaks. "This house is definitely secluded, so if you like privacy, and we do, this is the place for you. The house is well stocked with breakfast food, and food for guests is well marked. House is spotless. Bed is comfortable. I had a long phone conversation with Lisa and she was friendly and honest about what to expect. It's a short drive to the sights in the Hudson Valley. The only caution is the gravel driveway leading to the house is long and rough."

"We came up from Brooklyn to see the hot air balloons with my parents and it was just what we needed. Our Host Glen is very gracious and helpful! We loved staying at the Farm.
