"This is such a cool place! Beautiful surroundings and a unique experience. It is rustic, but a fun adventure. You must climb up and down quite steep stairs to get to the bedroom. Unfortunately, we had lots of rain, so took the water taxi into town and did some exploring. We went to red frog beach. Beautiful! Staff are nice. Food good. Not many vegetarian options, but overall good. We kayaked and snorkeled. Beautiful! I highly recommend. "

"Pretty far out location. Very isolated and that can be good sometimes! Be prepared to take an expensive shuttle boat both ways offered twice a day and if you miss it, it's a $150 boat taxi. Cocktails were great! Restaurant was slow with okay food and relatively expensive, but no other options around. Bastimentos is a cool island, I found more to do on the island closer to Bocas Town. "

"My wife and I stayed for 9 nights last week and couldn't believe how quiet, peaceful and lovely the place is! The beach was beautiful and private. The whole place is private! You are literally on a remote island that is off the grid!
