"Upon arrival.. the property floors was covered in dust and debris. The sheets and pillows on the bed in the master bedroom was filthy and had a terrible smell of a man body odor. Master bathroom smell like old urine and the mirror had white spots on it. Both master bathroom rugs was dirty and had black debri on them. The light kept going on and off the entire evening and night, however Vigilio and his assistant was very prompt in taking care of this discrepancy. Virgilio and his team did a great job in making me my daughter and grandchildren feel comfortable. Thank you so much! Sincerely Carol "

"Wow!!!!! Just wow!!!! This trip was such an amazing experience from the minute I walked in. I was dropped off with the taxi boat and came off to a beautiful piece of paradise!! I was welcomed with smiles and such kindness. I came on this trip alone but met such beautiful people and was never a dull moment. Andrea, Shari,Silvia,Juan, Joanni , maynor we’re so attentive and made me feel at home on this trip. They made sure we were all having a good time. They created such a beautiful environment here where I felt we were all just part of the same community. I loved the family dinners they coordinated that brought people together with great conversation, good food and fun games. We drank and laughed the night away. The only down side was no Ac but a jump in the pool and a cold beverage is just what you need. the night breeze and fan was just right to sleep comfortably. I was sad to go but will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys again can’t wait to see you again"

"Nice hotel in front of one of the nicest beach in Bocas del Toro (Red Frog). Staff is friendly, food is good and at a fair price, and amazing breakfast! They have different options of rooms for every traveler, I traveled with friends and we chose AC rooms with private bathroom and they were very comfortable. They also offer tours which are usually better quality than if you get it in town (Isla Colon). Would go back to El Palmar."

"What a wonderful stay. We had only booked 2 nights, but extended to 5 nights. The hospitality was amazing, Natalie, Jean, Anna, and Arturo were wonderful. The daily breakfast was appreciated, as was the wonderful dinner. There were 2-3 options each night. Kayaks, SUP, and snorkeling gear were provided Do not hesitate in booking this property. "

"This was a Fantastic experience!! We stayed in the private cabana over the water. Jordania was great! He took care of us the whole time we were there. The food was out of this world. The Chef was Cheppie and he made fantastic menus for each meal. My wife and I highly recommend this resort for a romantic getaway. "
