"I never write reviews for these sites but feel obliged to for this hostel. It was a total disaster. From the get go the communication was awful. I emailed the owners to arrange transport as stated on the website. After days of hearing nothing they replied saying "it can be arranged" - and other than this there were no further emails. I emailed multiple times and even called but there was no further contact off the owners. On arrival into Nassau there was no one there for a pick up - to be honest...

"It is basic but I will say it offers a full apartment style living. The manager and staff were great and easy. Accommodating with holding luggage. Could spruce up the shower heads and some rust build up in areas. Not sure why people complain about the dark area. It’s very close to main streets and security 24/7.
