Aruna was amazing and generously offered us a free upgrade. Had booked three rooms. Anjali from Reception, whose professionalism stood out. Special mention to Abhishek from Reception, who was extremely warm and courteous throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the curated services and the local cuisine flavors added a delightful touch to our stay. Thank you once again for making our visit memorable. "It is nice hotel in good location. The only problem with this hotel is that you need to go down to get taxi. There are lot of steps to climb if you have to go early in the morning as the lift will be operational after 8:00 AM. The service is good, and the staff are friendly"
