"Great place, really difficult to get in touch with the staff to ask about the free breakfast offering. Great place to stay at offseason, few neighbours and calm environment. There is a fridge where you can store your own food because there is no place to buy any at the kastellet-island. You can not cook anything so only bring ready to eat food."

"We had a very nice stay here. It was very cozy and comfortable. If people are sensitive to noise, this might not be the best because it was close to a busy street. "We stayed here 4 nights and pretty much loved it. This is a Swedish style B&B; the restaurant rules are so complex that you cook for yourselves. It’s a full kitchen so that’s not hard. The food quantity is huge so you really get supplies for two meals a day. The area is full of medieval churches, Sweden’s biggest wildlife refuge and historic Sigtuna and Uppsala. Room was large with tiny twin beds. My hypersensitive wife insisted the mattress was falling off but we normals wouldn’t...

"Couldn’t ask for a better host, very welcoming and accommodating! Very nice restrooms, great showers. Out the front door, everything you need from the city, out the back, a beautiful forest. Rooms are much larger than the pictures make them seem."
