"The door on the room was broken but still able to shut, just tricky. They tried to come in and fix it while I was still staying in the room. No deadbolt on the door so maintenance entered one day without knocking. They also had a few lightbulbs out. Great location though and room came with a balcony. Concierge was great and set me up with their driver for an early morning transport to the airport. "
