"Das nördliche Burgund ist eine wunderbare Landschaft, eine Erholung fürs Auge ... und fürs Ohr; die Orte sind klein und überschaubar, allerdings muss man zum Selbstversorger werden, da es kaum Restaurants, Cafés oder Brasserien gibt, die etwa in der Nachsaison, geöffnet haben. In Baigneux-les-Juifs gibt es immerhin einen kleinen Proxi, in dem man morgens (sauf lundi) sein Baguette kaufen kann. (Der nächste richtige Supermarkt ist übrigens in Venaray oder etwas weiter Montbard). Dafür trifft man...

The gift basket that she has was perfect for our family, and she also ensured we had the baby bed already set up for us. "Such a lovely property. We found it difficult to tear ourselves away from the scenic terrace of this gite. But we did go sightseeing and enjoyed so many historic and interesting places within an hour of home. The owner Sharon lives next door so any issues can be dealt with straight away, although there were none with us. I thoroughly recommend this lovely gite. We'll be back and for longer next time."
