"We were in town for a wedding. The house and cottage were great. Cottage was not as well equipped as the big house. Minor nuisance was that there were two trash cans in the kitchen which didn't open. A concern for the owner could be that the water nozzle in the fridge for water was broken which could be a problem for the owner. Overall it was a very good rental for our family. "

"This house is a great place for a getaway. We gathered for Christmas and it was so nice to be greeted by three Christmas trees in different rooms of the house, along with exterior holiday lights!. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, kayaks and a paddleboard. Nice streets around to go for long walks."

"This beautiful home was a real private retreat for our family holiday. To be welcomed by a huge Christmas tree with all the decorations in the grandroom showcases the huge ceiling and delighted our kids. The home is well built and spacious. It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Lots of places to lounge, play games, and lots of quiet corners to read or work. It's very picturesque as it overlooks the golf course. The multi level home makes each room feel distinct yet open to the next....

"House was beautiful, but was a jungle balmy 81 degrees, took 4 hours to cool. Shower curtains dirty and moldy so i washed them myself. I found a frying pan full of grease in cabinet, that was over looked . Floors underneath the beds needed a good cleaning as well , saw when i tried to get a toy that had rolled underneath. I am a animal lover, but having 3 stay cats at the property begging for food was sad, one was pregnant and had her babies while we were there . If the house had a little more...

"We came to Lake Norman to celebrate Christmas with family who live very close to this property. During the day we were mostly at there house - but when we came home our 2 boys ages 16-21 stayed up in the game room each night and had a ball. Best part - we couldn’t hear them because it is in the garage!The house has literally everything you could want. We ran out of doggie poop bags - and they had extras! We did laundry while we were there and there was detergent in the laundry room. There is...
