"Fantastic Hotel in the centre of Stratford. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We stayed in room 706 which was a Premium King room which was huge and had all the amenities you could ask for. Snacks & drinks (including beer and cider) in the room all included in the price. Will definitely return. Great value for money. "

"An excellent stay. Very convenient for being tourists in Stratford. A very comfortable and well appointed room. An excellent breakfast really well presented. All staff very enthusiastic and very customer focused. Well done to all concerned. Only downsides were 1) very low water pressure meaning that you had to ‘run around’ in the shower to get wet, and 2) little or no soundproofing between rooms - we could hear distinct conversations within adjoining rooms (even though the guests were certainly not excessively noisy)"

"Found the place quite easy, free parking which was a great start. Check in was fast and straightforward. My room was lovely and clean, had everything i needed. All the staff that i encountered were helpful and friendly. Spent a couple of hours in the heated indoor pool and hot tub, what an amazing addition. The changing room was quite small and hard to get dried but i just quickly chucked some clothes on and got dried properly back at my room. I didnt eat on site but restaurant area looked cosy and spacious. Will definitely stay again "

"We only stayed for a night and was perfect for our purpose. Kids slept well which was the main thing and room was clean. Only downfall is no lift and as a family room we had lots of stairs to get to our room which wasn't ideal. But would stay again. "

"The Chesford Grange is a very comfortable hotel with a good range of facilities including Gym and Pool. Service was very good throughout the hotel. I would stay again without hesitation "

"Extremely comfortable overnight stay. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Room good size with all amenities and somewhere to actually hang clothes. Two easy chairs very much appreciated, so many hotels only have one per room. Plenty of on site parking"
