"The place looked like it came out of foreclosure yesterday. Windows Extremely old drafty, yard was lacking any attention, bathrooms had NO HEAT, furnace was so loud 1 room was unusable, most of the blonds were broken, banister upstairs loose and dangerous. For the amount of money they are charging for "host fees" this was horrible!!"

"Quiet little spot with all you really need to just relax and unplug for a bit. Super comfy beds, lovely porch swing, fire pit, and hot tub. Don't bother cooking even though there is a hot plate and picnic style grill. Grab some grub on the way in and get to the peaceful part of vacation. "

"Loved the number of bedrooms, both upstairs (with kitchenette) and on the first floor, great options. Host very responsive to any questions providing great help when needed for 80+ year old Mom and sister on crutches. Would recommend this home to anyone! A little outside New Albany in Greenville, IN, but close to shops. Thanks to the hosts!"

"Nice quiet neighborhood and location. Very convenient to retail stores and wide selection of restaurants. Unfortunately, two of three bathtubs did not drain properly. Tub in basement did not drain at all and was unusable. One upstairs tub stopped up with hair clog that we cleaned out ourself. "

"There was plenty of room for everyone. Inside and also the nice big yard and especially the extra bedrooms. The only thing I would request is a handrail by the front steps. The young people enjoyed the animals in the next field."
