They sent tech up while we were out. He set it on cool. We didn't realize it till late that night . Put it back to heat and it still wouldn't stay down to where we set it. "Great hospitality; old bones but redone nicely. Our room was on a corner and had a separate sitting area and a table and chairs. We had a beautiful river view. However… my request to not be by the elevator was ignored. I didn’t want to all to change rooms, I know it was busy and we liked our view.
